Minor improvements and bug fixes

• All occurrences of “logLik” changed to “logLik[1]”” to be compatible with newer version of the mlogit package.
• Last example in vignette not run.
• Some corrections to spelling in comments and vignette.

Minor improvements and bug fixes

• The original pleLMA package depended on the mnlogit package, which has been archived. The newer version of pleLMA depends on the mlogit and dfidx packages. The new version has all the same functionalities as the original package.
