fedstatAPIr: Unofficial API for Fedstat (Rosstat EMISS System) for Automatic
and Efficient Data Queries
Downloads indicator data from Fedstat (EMISS), the Russian official
statistics portal <https://www.fedstat.ru>. Large selections are downloaded in
small, paced parts that are saved to disk and resume after interruptions.
Also lists the filters and the code dictionaries of indicators.
