Simulating and estimating asymmetric peer-effect models
(Houndetoungan and Lambotte, 2026 <doi:10.48550/arXiv.2608.09219>).
The model nests the widely used linear-in-means model
(Manski, 1993 <doi:10.2307/2298123>;
Bramoulle et al., 2009 <doi:10.1016/j.jeconom.2008.12.021>)
and allows agents to be influenced differently by friends who exert more
or less effort than themselves.
